Pleasant, enthusiastic and professional, Abbie is one of our Senior Service Advisors and helps customers throughout their service and repair journey. From booking vehicles in and discussing work required to keeping customers updated while their vehicle is with us, Abbie helps ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
Our reception desk is covered from 8:00am–6:00pm weekdays and 8:00am–1:00pm on Saturday.
Natalie is an experienced Senior Service Advisor and a key part of our service reception team. Friendly, enthusiastic and professional, she works closely with both customers and the workshop, helping to organise bookings, provide updates and make sure customers have a clear point of contact while their vehicle is with us.

Sincere, committed and dedicated, Clare is an experienced member of our service reception team and is focused on making sure customers receive a friendly and efficient service from the moment they arrive. She helps with the day-to-day running of reception, customer enquiries and keeping customers informed throughout their visit.

Workshop Controller
Chris is our experienced Workshop Controller, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our busy workshop and a team of 16 technicians across two garages. He manages workloads, coordinates jobs and works closely with our service reception team to help keep everything running smoothly.
Friendly, outgoing and approachable, Chris brings strong communication and people-management skills to the role.
