In today's busy world, we understand the importance of time-saving services, that's why we're delighted to introduce the complimentary Collection & Delivery offer.
If your vehicle requires a service or MOT and you are within 30 miles, we will come to you if it is convenient. With complimentary Collection & Delivery, we'll arrange a time that suits you, pick up your vehicle, and bring it back to you fully serviced. All to save you time and give you greater flexibility!
Simply contact us on 01664 494356 to arrange Collection & Delivery as part of your service booking. Subject to availability, we can also provide you with a courtesy car while your vehicle is with us.
We offer free collection and delivery to paying customers, including service plan customers, within a set radius and subject to a minimum anticipated invoice value equivalent to an intermediate service.
This excludes diagnostics and MOT-only bookings.
Free collection is available within a 30-minute drive time of LE13 0DG. In all cases, the customer receives this first 30 minutes (or one hour return), plus fuel and use of a drop-off van, free of charge.
Collections outside of this area are available up to 45 minutes’ drive time at a cost to the customer equivalent to a standard courtesy car daily charge (no vehicle provided), i.e. £15.00 inc. VAT (basic cost of labour return trip).
Collections up to 60 minutes’ drive time are permitted at a cost to the customer equivalent to a single day’s short-term loan vehicle charge (no vehicle provided), i.e. £30.00 inc. VAT.
In all cases, customers must ensure sufficient fuel is in the vehicle to facilitate the journey.
At the company’s discretion, on a case-by-case basis, collection and delivery may be offered on a 50/50 basis, with one-way travel undertaken by each party.
First 30 minutes’ drive time chargeable at £15.00. Up to 60 minutes’ drive time chargeable at £30.00.
